Beehive Collective at the Foundry

The Beehive Collective depicted a wonderful power point presentation of art and graphics and how trade agreements have been injurious to millions of people in Latin America. Several LASC members were in attendance plus 100 more young people. One of the presenters  had  our event for April 28th  announced. As you know we where a co-sponsor of the event and gave $100 for their effort which have had presentations throughout the world. Report by Wayne Alt and Terry Bisson

Speaker: Prof. Fernanda Astiz (Canisius College) 
Teacher Education & Director of the Latin American Studies Program
An Argentine native, Dr. Astiz has published extensively on education governance and policy, minority acculturation, and consequences of globalization for curricular control in national education systems here and in Latin America.
